Question about Shure PGX14/20 Professional Headset
We have Shure PGX 14/20 headsets that we use with Pro Audio Two Way speakers as part of our exercycle "spinning" program, which uses music as part of the exercixe program. The headset works fine for about 5-10 minutes and then stops working completely and I have to yell at my students for the remainder of the class. I have repalced the headset once and that didn't correct the problem. Any suggestions on what my problem is or how I can troubleshoot it? Thanks a lot.
There are many, many things that could cause this symptom. You might need to send it to Shure for repairs. I'd suggest calling Shure Support at 847-600-8440 for assistance in troubleshooting.
