Question about Lexmark Optra Forms (11N0052) for PC
Your problem is that you are using Google Chrome.
It very new and is not yet compatible with the majority of webservers on the Internet. Remove Google Chrome and you will be much better off.
Use Internet Explorer 8 for Windows computers and Safari for Macintosh computers.
If you want to try an "exotic" web browser then try Firefox. It has been around for over a decade which makes it far better than Chrome.
Note that the majority of websites are designed to run best with Internet Explorer 8. Running any other browser may prevent you from viewing certian web content.
I hope this helps.
