This is a fuser thermistor abnormality. You can try going into (08) mode by holding 0 and 8 while turning on the copier. Once the copier starts up key in 400 and press start, input "0" and press interrupt. Try rebooting the copier, if this doesn't clear that call for service then you are going to need to get work done on your fuser.

Fuser Unit problem. The fuser is the part that heats up and is located right where the paper exits the machine. Most common problem causing this code is the thermistors go bad. You most like need the 2 thermistors replaced in your fuser unit.

"Time for periodic maintenance"

Go into (08) mode by holding 0 and 8 when turning on the copier. 251 is the number of copies until it displays that message and 252 is the count since last Preventative maintenance. Resetting 252 will clear the message or putting 251 higher than the value of 252 will clear it as well.

Studio 232 has c430 code. what does tha code mean, and how can i solve the problem?

The C410/440/450 are all related to fuser unit. Normally is caused by thermistor. The fastest way is to enter 08 mode, key in "400", set the value to "0". Then restart MFP, this can reset the code. But if occur again, it is recommend to check the thermistor, which can be dirty or failure.
