Blue Rectangle

Have blue rectangular box that I can't get rid of that displays all of the tv's feature's. Almost like a mode the salespeople would turn on so if you were looking at tv's in the store, you would know all of the features it offers.

Unfortunately unplugging it didn't work and neither the TV or the remove have anything anywhere with DEMO on it. If you come up with any other suggestions, I would love to try them.

Hey Jaime,
Thank you so much! That fixed that problem, however, it has now created another one....now the screen is mostly covered by a big black box. Any thoughts? This is the tv my kids watch video's on and without it they're driving me nuts!!!!! Help !!!

GuruTry disconnecting the TV from the power outlet and leave OFF for a couple of minutes.
If that did not work, try pressing the "DEMO" button on the remote or the front panel if you have one, or you may want to go into menu and look for something that says "demo"

Try the following:
With power ON, press PLAY/REPEAT on the unit for 7 seconds to deactivate the SELF DEMO MODE.
You can also email consumerproducts@panasonic.com
Hope this works.
