Question about Rinnai RHFE-1004FA 38,400 BTU Energy Saver Ductless Heater - LP Gas
Not much to go on so I am going to assume some things. If unit not getting power (no lights light up) check plug and outlet. Check fuse on circuit board. Check circuit box for a tripped breaker. Is the outlet the heater is plugged into on a light switch?
Is the unit getting gas? Check the shut off behind the door on the right side of the heater. Is it on? Is your gas meter turned on or is there gas in your propane tank?
Lastly, is there any error codes? You can check by turning the heater off and then all at the same time press on the Economy button, the up arrow and the down arrow and hold for three seconds.
