Go to where you bought if from and ask them about the specific piece and if it CAN be replaced.After that you might want to find out if its worth it to replace it or if it costs to much in your opinion.Usually there is also a number on the box you bought that will direct you to the makers of the item.You can ask them if they have any more in stock and tell them that yours was fualty,and they will probably send you one.Unless you have had that one for more than a year,then they can say its from wear and tear and you will have to buy one.Hope it helped.

yo need to check the flex first ,if it is ok then make sure the top keypad is connected to the earpiece belt
