Question about Xerox 8830 Copier
I just went through this with my 8825. It turns out all we needed to do was reload the Firmware for the Controller (in our case the N5T controller firmware). Download the firmware from Xerox's website for your controller, and then upload it via the WebPM interface. Wait for it to load and restart on its own. That got us up and running.
