Question about Televison & Video
If the TV was not on a surge protector during a lightning strike there could be more wrong than just a fuse. Any number of components could have gone I.E. capacitors, relays, or transistors. Unless you have extensive troubleshooting skills down to the component level...i would just call it a loss.
