1. plug out from the electricity socket and plug it in back
2. check with the electric phase because powerline adapter works only with a single phase in the house
3. a house will have different phase try connecting it in the same phase of the router.
4. or else try updating the firmware from the website for ur particular powerline adapter

I have 4 Belkin Powerline adapters, two F5D4074 and two F5D4072. On Belkin website they are declared compatible, but I can't manage to transfer the password between the 72 and the 74, with the result that...

There are two standards for powerline: HomePlug 1.0, which has a maximum link speed of 85Mbps and HomePlug AV, which has a maximum link speed of 200Mbps. You can use the two standards within the same building, but they are not compatible with each other.

HomePlug 1.0 - F5D4050, F5D4070. Powerline Turbo (F5D4071, F5D4073)

HomePlug AV - Powerline AV (F5D4072 + F5D4074 + F5D4077 + F5D4081). Powerline AV+ (F5D4075 + F5D4079) + Powerline HD (F5D4076 + F5D4078) and Powerline HD500 (F5D4085)

Also try to rest the adapters and reconfigure them again.

The middle ight keeps blinking and it wont work how do i fix it

Blinking middle light indicates an issue with the powerline used between the powerline adapters. To isolate the issue plug both the poweline adapters in the same room and check the lights on them. If they work fine in the same room then the issue is with the powerline. You may have circuit breaker, surge protector between the powerline adapters and that will prevent you to get a connection.
Hope this helps.

Anand

Belkin powerline adapter doesnt connect to internet

try resetting the adapter
if not working try updating the firmware
if not working make sure ur adapter is pluged in the same power(electricity) phase of ur house with the router
the house will have different power phase so make sure of it
both the router and the powerline adapter must be in same phase of electricity

Powerline ethernet lost connection

this is usually caused by dirty power, have you installed cfl light bulbs recently?
you might also check to see if any existing full fluorescent lights produce a buzzing noise.
