Restart computer or laptop. Press repeatedly F8 and choose Safe Mode with networking. Uninstall any other antivirus solution. Install AVAST - www.avast.com and Malwarebytes Anti Malware - http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_pro/. Update antivirus definitions on both of them. Run Malwarebytes and choose a full scan. After the scan is complete choose to remove all infections and the computer will restart. Start again in safe mode, choose Boot time SCAN from avast and restart computer. Delete all infected files - it will ask for your choice: 1- delete, 2 - delete all 3 ignore 4 ignore all etc. Post here the results. If in safe mode you cannot connect to internet download Malwarebytes in another computer and use a usb stick to copy to infected computer. When you will use usb stick in another computer again scan it !!!!

My son was set up and running but this morning he tried to go online and it told him he was signed off although the internet connection is enabled any ideas please

I would try resetting your router and seeing if the problem persists.
The problem also could be malware. Malware can get into your system and do some pretty harmful stuff. I would recommend both these 2 antivirus programs.
Malwarebytes and Avast Antivirus. These programs are both free.
After you've done a virus scan and the problem is still continuing to happen. There's only one thing you can do. Reinstall. Make sure all infected Items are removed. If you've got a USB or anything that's got infected items on it, and once you reinstall your pc, and put the infected USB back into the computer, Your going to have to reinstall again. so if you scan for viruses remove them. The computer should work again :)
I hope this helped jumboy124 :)

MY COMPUTER IS INFECTED WITH TROJAN HORSE SHuer2.aqcw

You should have an antivirus program always running on your computer. If you have one it should be able to get rid of the virus. If you don't have one or you have one but it can't get rid of the virus, try AVAST. It is free at http://www.avast.com. Once you install avast, it will want to run a sweep before your computer restarts. That is the best way to get rid of a virus, before the virus is activated.

I have a virus and cant connect to the internet, how do i connect and get rid of the virus?

I suggest that on the computer you're on now, that you download the free version of Malwarebytes, burn it to CD disk, and install it into the afflicted computer.

The virus you have, sounds Very much, like MS Antivirus! Some other 'cute' names are Windows Anti-Virus, XP Antivirus, Antivirus Pro, Antivirus Pro 2009, and so on. Wait a week, I'm sure there will be plenty more!

Some of the things it does, is not let you connect to the internet. It also doesn't let you access any Administrator options. No Control Panel, No Task Manager, No Windows Explorer, and other administrative tasks.

The free version of Malwarebytes wipes it out!

This link is to Wikipedia.org, and their descriptive page about Malwarebytes Anti-Malware,
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Malwarebytes

This is the download page for the free version of Malwarebytes,
http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html

Go down to -> Download Now (2.83MB), and click on it.

A small window will come up which has -> mbam-setup.exe <- in it.
Click on Save.
If you do not have your downloads saved to go to your My Documents folder, (Start>My Documents), this downloaded small file will go to your desktop screen.
Have a blank CD-R disk in your burner drive, (CD or DVD), then right-click on the mbam-setup.exe, folder, and click on Copy in the fly-out menu.

I am in huge problem with virus attack. Please help me

Is your antivirus updated? Always make sure to update your antivirus.

Use a clean PC and download a virus removal tool for the specific virus that infected your PC at http://www.symantec.com/norton/security_response/removaltools.jsp

Put your virus removal tool (or tools) into a CD or USB thumbdrive then insert it into your infected PC's USB port.

Commonly, you can boot via Safe Mode:
- press F8 key on your keyboard while the computer is booting
- then in the boot menu, select "Safe Mode"
- browse to your CD or USB drive and run the virus removal tool.

However, it is much more advisable to use a live CD tool like MiniPE and scan your PC to remove the viruses.
