Question about HP Pavilion zd8000 Notebook
The blue color screen display is within the system or hardware conflict which commonly called fatal error. The best way to correct the problem is to re-install the OS. Your system is corrupted due to system or hardware conflict. Or before doing the re-installation of OS, pls try to remove the memory and have the memory pins clean using a pencil eraser or any eraser available eraser you have. Then install the memory to the slot and power ON your unit. If the same happens in your unit then you need to reformat/reinstall your OS. thanks
