Data loss is always difficult. I would recommend the http://www.recovermyfiles.com/ solution that Niteesh mentioned above. Moving forward I would invest in an automated <a title="backup disaster recovery software" rel='nofollow' href="http://kaseya.com/products/backup-disaster-recovery.aspx" target="_blank">Backup and Disaster recovery solution</a> of which <a title="managed services software" rel='nofollow' href="http://kaseya.com/managed-service-providers.aspx" target="_blank">Kaseya</a> can offer.  This will prevent this type of situation in the future.  I run this on my systems today and can visit their dashboard each morning to see what has backed up and what has not.  It is truly a great solution and probably the <a title="software deployment" rel='nofollow' href="http://kaseya.com/products/remote-software-deployment.aspx" target="_blank">best software deployment</a> and <a title="network automation" rel='nofollow' href="http://kaseya.com/products/software-inventory-audit.aspx" target="_blank">network automation</a> solution available today.

Do system restore to restore acer crystal eye webcam. Restore it to the date when it was still working in your computer. System restore won't delete any files that you have saved in the computer but it will affect the software. It will restore it to a certain date.
Here's what you are going to do:
1. If you are using windows 7, go to the search. Type system restore. (You can find system restore by going to start>programs>accessories>system tools>system restore)
2. Select a restore point. There are dates which are listed in a box. Select the date which you think was the time when the webcam was still there.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions. The computer will restart by itself, just wait for it until it says that the restoration is complete. If it fails, do it again by using a different restore point.
Please let me know if this doesn't fix the problem by posting in this thread so that I can give you some other options for this problem.
to find it ..you will have to look into the start ..all programs ...or type the name crystal eye in the search on the start .. another way to find the execution and to send it to the desktop as a short cut ..is to go to ..My computer folder...C drive ...and in there you will find 2 folders named program files...One will be the installed one and one the programs that came with windows..look in both one by one ..and you will find the program by name or by camera's name ...and in the folder you will find the execution ..just right click on the execution ..and choose from the list send to ...and than desktop ..
Download the following file recovery program and try it to get back what you've deleted.
Or use your "restore" feature.Click -Start-All Programs-Accessories-System Tools-System Restore. After opening Restore-Click-Restore to an earlier time. There will be a calender, pick a time BEFORE the deleted file was lost and restore your computer so the file will be back.
