Well you can please follow the below steps -
1. Press and hold the "End" button to power off your Serene.
2. Flip the phone over, exposing the battery cover. Slide the battery cover forward with your fingers to remove it.
3. Grasp the battery by its edge and lift it out. Set the battery aside.
4. Grasp the bottom-edge of the SIM card (visible with the battery removed). Pull the SIM card towards the bottom of the phone to remove it. Please post comments for more help or information.......
