My Nokia E71 keeps dialing numbers / contacts when I put my pin code in. Almost as if a button is stuck. i cannot access anything. I have taken the sim and battery out for 12 hours but this problem persists

this is what to do :
Switch-off
your phone.
1. Press and hold 3 keys; Green
dial key, * Star key, no. 3 key on keypad and then press the power
on/off to switch on the phone.
Remember, do not let
go the 3
press and hold keys until you see a formatting word screen show!
2.
After a few minutes when the Full phone formatting completed, your
phone will back to original system and factory setting.
[by the way that will restore factory settings of your device ] . back
up all of your important data before you do it ]
