Question about Audio Players & Recorders
I was taking out Yamaha RX-V2700 out of the cabinet to check one of the speaker connections and accidentally clicked the MASTER button into the off position. Now it won't turn back on at all?? I have checked all cables are connected etc but it simply won't turn back on?
a ) You may need to open the unit to check inside or have someone to
do it for you.
b ) It could be from a microprocessor failure to a bad low power supply
c ) You may need to start from the standby circuits and work all the
way to the main amp and check also for possible DC voltages on the
d ) It is best checked by disconnecting all cables and speakers
e ) if ever it power up you may need to reconnect it one by one till
you found the cause .
f ) Same principle applies inside, you may need to check where the
supply rails go and have them reconnected one at a time.
