When the windows open, do they show the site that you browsed to or another one?

what i am trying to find out is if you have some adware infection on your machine. if you have then it may be opening lots of extra browser windows when you go online and direct you to sites which charge you money.

You could try installing adaware to remove it. this is free for home use and made by Lavasoft (google it)

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Packard Bell oneTwo L5351

hmmm.. seems had a problem directly on the hardware side of your computer. my only and good recommendations to you is, first, check if your packard bell desktop has or still have a Warranty, if its on warranty, you can go to the service center to check the hardware of your PC. Second, if your computer is Out of Warranty you can check it by your self, open your CPU Drive, clean the dust inside the Hardware then check everything if all the wire's are still INTACT to each other.

Can't load photos to computer

Try using Windows Explorer or a similar folder and file locating program to find the camera. In Explorer, choose My Computer and look down the list that opens. If your camera is "seen" by the computer, it will appear in the list and you should be able to retrieve the pictures from there, just like finding and opening other folders and files. If not, the problem is most likely on the camera or cable, not the software or computer.
