The matter is that i have very very important files on the hard disk, how can i operate the disk only for one time, please give me a best suggestion. I will be very glade to you.
If you have formatted your hard drive, then you will have erased the data from the hard drive.
If you are unable to install Windows and format the hard drive then your the data is still be on the hard drive, but the hard drive maybe faulty.
Remove the hard drive and connect it to an USB hard drive adapter and then plug it into a working computer's USB port, if this computer sees it as an external hard drive and you can open the folders and files, then you can copy/backup your data.
Next try placing the hard drive in a air tight plastic bag and place it in the freezer for a hour. Then connect it to the USB adapter and connect it to the working computer's USB port again to see if you can retrieve your data.
If it doesn't work then your luck has run out.
There are companies that can recover data from faulty drives BUT it will cost you an arm and a leg for their services.
The reason for this high cost, they dismantle and remove the platters in the hard drive in a clean room environment and set up the platters up in jig/drive to retrieve/copy the data.

I suggest make your hard disk to be slave..then you can copy what important file in that hard disk and save it to the other hard disk..
try to connect it to others pc with master hardisk tha runs good..then you will see if your hard disk still works there..if you can't open it..you may have corrupted or bad track disk..or maybe worst.. you hard disk is damaged...
