Question about KitchenAid Ovens
The problem is with the ignitor. The ignitor may have gotten inadvertantly cracked when cleaning. These are very fragile and if he jarred it, touched it, or got any water at all on it the ignitor will crack and you are done....
You will have to replace the ignitor. The repalcement is not hard but does require careful planning to get it replaced without ruining the new one. Make sure to pull the plug also before attempting any replacement.
