Question about HTC PPC-6800 Smartphone

I cant view recieved videos

Whenever someone sends me a video in a text it redirects me to accessmypics.com and i want to know is there anything i can do or download so i can view the video as i open it without being redirected all over the internet

    same issue, Alltel has not helped at all, even with videos sent from my wife's Alltel phone (Razr V3m).

    JUST THE SAME STUFF. WHENEVER I HAVE PICS SENT TO ME IT REDIRECTS ME TO THIS ONLINE STUFF. IT IS VERY FRUSTRATING.

    I recieved my first video on my phone an dit directed me tothe axcessmypics website also. When you say call customer service which one are you referring to Alltel had no idea what to do. Thanks in advance for your help

Call customer service to get the website to upgrade the software. I just bought my phone Sat. and had to do the udgrade. now my video and pics. come through with no problem

I cant do anything, recieve text messages or even get internet access


To send and recieve massages.
1) Go to messages.
2) Select message setting.
3) Select reply via same center, It should be YES always.
For internet access you need to contact your service provider and ask them to provide the settings for your Handset, Save the settings and you will be able to browse.

I am facing a similar problem in my blackberry. everything looks fine except incoming and outcoming calls. can someone provide a solution for this....

Messages deleted when phone is turned off


You must have cleared photos and videos. however, many people do not realize that an accidental audio recording can use up all the disc space. So check for extra large audio files.

this is what you do:
you have to call at&t and tell them what you are doing they will give you a code for the fone, but you will not be able to send pictures, email, recieve pics or anything..well that is if the sidekick is compatible with the sim card, because on the box it says it is not..GOOD LUCK!!

Pantech duo does not send pictures


Mine either it says the service is not set with the network and I called At&t and they said it was so.... I would like to know too

try this, go to messages,then settings,then text messages,then sending options & uncheck the delivery report box & then save. hope it works
