There's a little brochure that comes with each music pack that has an order form for extra tuning wrenches, sheet music, etc. It lists the standard tuning wrench at $0.95 and the deluxe tuning wrench at $3.95, plus $3.00 shipping and 7% sales tax if you're in Ohio. The address is
Upbeat Marketing 3800 Kelley Avenue Cleveland, OH 44114
"Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery."
Hope this helps!

I'm sure you have fixed the problem by now, but I tried an old clock wind up key and it worked. If your present key is too big, you might try wrapping a small rubber band around the tuning pin before tightening.

HOW DO I TUNE A KRAMER GUITAR

Without seeing your guitar, I'm going to assume the "tightening lugs" you're reffering to are the string locks on the nut. On a guitar with a "floyd rose" style tremolo system, the strings pass through a clamping system at the nut before going to the normal tuning keys. This clamping system "lugs" must be loosened then the guitar is tuned as it normally would, then the lugs are tightened to lock the strings in place. These clamps are not part of the tuning mechanism, but instead lock down the strings after they have been tuned by the keys. After all that, one would fine tune the guitar at the bridge rather than at the keys. A more complete explaination is found here-

Broken sitar tuning peg

by now I hope you've bought or made a new peg. with any tension on it, the splintered wood, broken at an angle, won't hold long enough to tune the string. either make one out of a dowel rod, with the tapered end sanded to fit tightly, or use a brand new one made of plastic.

Bought a 2nd hand N64 & don't know how to set it up on the tv as no instructions.

You now need to find a channel on your TV that ins't used for anything else (eg an old vhs player or non-digital tv) then whilst on that channel you need to go into your TV's menu, there is often a button both on the remote and TV itself for this. This is where you turn on your N64 if you haven't already. You then will need to go onto automatic tuning (or if you prefer, manual tuning, in the programme section (if you dont have a programme section, just srcoll through each section till you find automatic tuning) your TV should then start to search for channels, after a little while of searching it should find the N64's frequency it may be a terrible picture that is mostly fuzz you can either carry on the tuning to see if it'll find it better or just head straight to fine tuning (if you decied to keep going you can still fine tune for the best picture quality possible and also if the TV doesn't find it just follow the previous steps till it locates the N64 again) once fine tuned you will need to store this new channel and then you can go ahead and enjoy countless hours of fun on the worlds best gaming console. (If the automatic tuning doesn't find the N64 at all try manual tuning). If you have any other issue with the console itself just drop me an e-mail at garleet@hotmail.co.uk. Hope I was a help.

Radio

Hello george_nutti,

The model number you posted is for a center channel speaker which has no controls, and not knowing the exact model number it's difficult to be specific.

Some Kenwood KDC models allow you to select one of 3 "tuning modes", 1) AUTO1 - Automatic search for stations; 2) AUTO2 - Search Preset stations; 3) MANUAL - Normal manual tuning control. If your Kenwood is one of these models, you need to set the tuning mode to MANUAL. For Kenwood Excelon HD receivers, direct access tuning is done by using the included remote. 1) Press DIRECT button on the remote; 2) Press number buttons to enter desired channel number; 3) Press DIRECT button again to exit direct tuning.

Hope this helps.

Manual tuning

There is a tuning mode setting somewhere in the munbu, or a button on the front "mode, a.scan" or something. This will cycle through the 3 modes of tuning.

1. autoscan
2. jump to next preset
3. Incremental

They may not be in that order, or called those exact names, but that's how it works.

How to tune (what key) my daughter's new trophy music melody harp

It is tuned in C or G major:
It is has F natural in both octaves, if you want to use the Melody Harp songpacks.
The notes are: GABCDEFGABCDEFG (2 octaves).
Lowest note (longest string): G below middle C. If you want to use the Music Maker Songpacks, you need to change the F notes to F sharp:
GABCDEF#GABCDEF#G
