Question about Uniden BC60XLT Handheld Scanner
Your scanner automatically rounds the entered frequency down to the nearest valid frequency.
This is common enough with older scanners like the BC70 which only have a three digit input. They will round this up or down to the nearest channel. It should not effect monitoring.
