Question about Fisher Paykel EcoSmart GWL15

Fisher&paykel smart drive 9 excellence 6.5

Hi guys

My problem is the machine works for about 1min then shuts off. I have to wait 3 mins before it turns back on using the power switch it works for about 1 min then shuts off again. Its been to technician who changed the face cover thinking water was getting behind buttons causing it to cut out well problem is still there.
If anyone knows the problem please help

Check the reed switch under the lid (magnet). also check the lid switch under the motor control board for rust,check that the inlet valves have the same ohms reading,if there diffrent change both of them.also are the hoses on the correct taps because it may be stopping while filling.(both taps on)

It is either the inlet valve or the pump. If the pump is fine you need to replace the inlet valve. Here you can find parts.

As a result of the agitator action, lint and wash water are sucked into the agitator stem and down to
the base of the agitator, where they are directed into the cavity between the basket and tub. The
extruded holes in the basket are shaped to allow the wash water to flow back into the tub, but
prevent the lint from following.
The lint then floats to the surface of the water, between the basket and tub and remains there until it
is flushed out the drain at the end of the wash cycle.

Unplug the machine have someone tilt the machine back and look under the machine for a little fan on a motor give it a turn to see if it spins it might just be sticky or it may need replacing.

Most of the faults are pump related.
check the Ohms reading on pump should be 33- 35
If readings are less change your pump.

Check the out of balance switch (under the larger Grey board)
for corrosion on the terminals and replace if faulty.

it has fuse boards and the probally burnt out one or more of them ,, if so its cheaper to just junk it .
