Question about HP Photosmart C4280 All-in-One InkJet Printer

1 Answer

My Photosmart C4200 printer continuously prints and the only way I can get it to cut off is to turn the power off. If I try the cancel key, it will cancel what is printing at the moment and then start all over again.

For products with keypads on the control panel:

2. Press and hold "# and 6? keys.
3. While holding those keys plug the power cord back in.
