Question about Ovens
You can pull the oven out and remove the back panel. You will have to remove the access panel for the control board first then then bottom panel to access the bake and broil elements from the back. If your cooktop is working then its an indication you are getting 240V to the unit. If you put it into bake and put a volt meter on your bake element and are not getting 240V to the element then you have a bad relay on the control board. I dont see a fuse or hi limit thermostat on your oven. You could also check directly at the board for voltage output it will probably be "L1" and "Bake" on the control board. If you dont see any thermostats and the wires come directly off the control to the element then its definitely a bad control board. These are fairly common on frigidaires. The part number is316455400 and the number for the overlay is 316220700 the new control will not come with the overlay.
Hope this helps _MJ_

Hi Chris Stewart - If the bake element and the top of the range works, but just not the heating element, then you possibly have a bad broiler element or connection. However, if you are experiencing other performance difficulties, then the control board may possibly be faulty and needs replacing. Consult a professional for an accurate diagnosis.

If you are referring to the bake element, but the broil element works then you would need to just replace the bake element. If both your bake and broil element does not work, then there might be a problem with the wiring communication. However, if the oven does not bake and/or broil but the cook top works, contact a professional to have the EOC (electronic oven control) diagnosed.
