The battery of my SNAPBOX AV50 does not take a charge. I would like to know if you have the battery fits the model indicated.Perhaps with greater capacity and lonmger life and cost method of payment. Thanks !

Lost charge Isonic 787

You should be able to use any standard USB and charge it via camera to computer USB. Or you might try a standard USB AC adapter.

When i try and play video back on my mac i get a black screen..

Search for & download the freeware VLC Media Player. That should do it. It worked for me but still not impressed with color quality but you get what you pay for I guess. The picture looks great when you play it back on the camara's screen. The software that comes with it, Videoimpression should also work. If not you may be able to convert the AVI files to wav or mpg and use the software you stated you already tried.

The USB cable that it comes with does not charge the device, you need the power outlet cable in order to charge it.  Hope this helps.
