First disconnect tank. Hook back up and open very slowly. These new valves on tanks have a shut down if you open valve to fast, causing tank valve to think it is leaking, it slows down flow of propane. Always open tank valve slow when turning on grill. If this does not solve problem then regulator is going bad and need to be replaced.

WATER LEAK BOTTOM OF UNIT

If this is a central AC, the
condensation drips off the cooling coils into a pan. From the pan, it is suppose to either go into a drain directly or into a sump, which in turn pumps it into a drain. Dirt or mold frequently plug the drain out of the pan or the drain line itself. You need to clear the drain with a wire or forced air. If there is a trap in the drain line, it may be plugged. If there is a trap and the line is not draining from the trap into a sewer, then I suggest you remove the trap, which is intended to block sewer gas from coming up the drain line. If it doesn't drain into a sewer, there is no sewer gas to block and the trap is unnecessary. The credulous building code requires the trap, regardless of whether or not the unit drains into a sewer.

If you are talking about a window unit, the problem is similar - the water is being blocked from where it is supposed to drain. With a window unit the water is usually picked up by the fan that cools the
condenser (hot coils) on the outside of the unit. The fan sprays the water on the hot coils and evaporates it so it doesn't drip out of the unit.

How to improve air compressor dew point?

Have you found the water on your compressor air discharge?

If this happen, I'll tell you that you have bad dew point of air. This is because either your compressor has no moisture trap built in or moisture trap is not work properly. To prevent this condition I suggess you to install another water / moisture trap ( J-trap ) on your compressor discharge pipe together with mechanical auto drain and manual drain valve on bottom your new trap. This will give alot improvement of air quality goes to the load. Many brand you can found on market like CKD, SMC etc.
No electricity required for this equipment. It has clear glass, so you can know whether it is clog up or still work properly. If it is clog up , you can clean all parts inside easily by washing it with soft detergent soap.

It is so easy and effective.

Water in bowl. water level almost below where bowl saris to widen! , Kohler cimmarron - Toilet tank is full, all water flushes out of tank when flushed it's been this way since we installed it

If I understand correctly, your water level inside the bowl is 3 or 4 inches from the top of toilet seat?
Sounds peculiar to have that water level since you would get splashing etc.
That is not sanitary, and would be a code violation.
Look at side profile of tank.
Look at porcelain behind bowl and you can see outline of "s trap."
This is the internal trap that each toilet has built in.
Purpose of trap is to a) set water level inside bowl and b) just like a sink trap, seal pipe from sewer air from entering home.
Photo shows trap on sample toilet, with line showing approximate level of water inside bowl.
Since photo is at an angle, the line appears to go downward instead of level. Again the line is approximation, and photo intended to show where you can look on your toilet.
Your tank should have similar s-trap feature. From the feature on your tank, you can see what level water is intended to be inside bowl.
Some more expensive tanks, outline of s-trap is not apparent.

If the water level is so high that you experience unsanitary conditions, this is a code violation, and toilet should be replaced.

I have a GMPN080 horizontal gas furnace in attic of my home. What is the purpose/function of the drain trap assembly in furnace. Cooling coil is external to furnace?? Please advise, looks as if someone has...

The reason for the trap is to compensate for the negative pressure the drain line is under. Since the blower is pulling the air, if the trap wasn't there, then the drain wouldn't drain properly.

By having a trap, your blower is pulling air back through the trap while the condensate water is allowed to flow and drain.

With that being said, if you have water forming in your emergency pan, its an indication that the main drain line is clogged up. If you know where the drain line exits the home, take a small shop van and vacuum out the drain line. If its really backed up, it will sound like a golf ball through a garden hose.

If your trap has a clean-out installed, I would recommend pouring some hot water and bleach combination down the trap itself after you have cleared and flushed the drain. The bleach will assist in killing any mold/mildew that has accumulated in the drain.

Also, while your in your attic, ensure your emergency pan has a float switch and that its operating properly.

Hi i have a h plate gt 550 it will tick over with choke fully out but cut out when i push the choke in .Also if i touch the throttle it cuts out ?

Pull the carbs off the bike and clean them inside and out. Be sure main jets are clear. Re-mount carbs. Next Remove the water trap bowl at the bottom of the petcock, (gas valve). Dump it, clean it and re-mount it, ( not all bikes have a water trap bowl ). Turn the gas on, wait a moment for the float bowls to fill with gas then give it a try. Clean or replace the air filter. Consider new stock spark plugs and clean or replace the air filter. Chances are this will fix the problem.

Please rate this solution as "FixYA" if all goes well.

Draining prob.

By code.probably not.. but if you aren't concerned about draining waste water outside.. it will work.. the idea of at least one bend is to keep water in the line as a trap to keep sewer gas from getting back into your house.. Also.. if you run the line without an air trap up high.. the water that remains inside the dishwasher will evaporate out and that's no t good for seals inside it.. I personally wouldn't do it but it is your call... Good luck
