I have an HT2000 MCP61PM-AM Rev:1.0A motherboard

It looks like its doing what we call PXE boot. This usually do not happen on manufactured machines unless your an IT personal in a large business.

I suggest that you access your bios and see if it is able to detect the harddrive. Also check the boot priority and make sure that the hard drive is set first.

Check whether you conncted the VGA cables properly. If still having the problem, need to check the monitor with help of expert engineer/service center.

Apart testing everything else in a different motherboard the only things you can do is to look at it for bulging capacitors and/or burned circuits or to try to boot from a Linux Live-Cd and watch at the verbose boot for error messages.
