Question about Kenmore Washing Machines
Are you certain the hot water valves between the water heater and the washing machine are OPEN? If any one is closed, he gets no hot water. There are usually two, one near the heater, one near the washer.
If both are open, and you set the machine to wash in HOT (not warm, and no water comes out, then there is a problem with the hot water solenoid, or the control circuit for same.
Pop out the hot water solenoid, test it, and if it is bad, replace it.
I can help you test it, I can not take it out for you from here...
Lemme know if you need more help.
