Question about Sony VAIO Notebook
Error code 10- either the device is not present, not working properly, or does not have all the drivers installed (could also be manufacturer specific error code) right click on the item in the device manager, select properties,drivers and either roll back driver or update driver as, unless you have removed the connector and not reconnected properly, I assume the device is still there.
