You will need a computer. Install the Blackberry Desktop manager on the computer, then hook your Blackberry to it using the provided USB cable.

There is an option in BBDM that will allow you to load software onto your Blackberry.

If you can't do it, places like Inovagent can fix your Blackberry.

Your BB has suffered a major software failure and the operating system is corrupted. It happened to my Storm 2 a while back.

You need to reload the OS from scratch. Please see here for the guidance I followed last time.

Note that there is a risk of making your BB permanently irrecoverable, but you don't really have any other choice. If you pay someone else then they'll just give you the same warning.

My blackberry phone kept asking for the password and after that it just went blank and said it was gonna wipe out all the info on my phone. Now I can not turn my phone on cause it keeps saying reload...

If the password was entered incorrectly a few types the Blackberry will say that it will wipe the entire contents back to factory. The error is unusual though. What you need to do is plug the phone into your computer and within the Blackberry software perform a full restore of the firmware software. This should fix the issue and put the phone in working order.

Need to reload software 513 blackberry

the Application error 513, reset message says that the device OS is toasted and needs to be rebuilt. In order to do this, you need to have Blackberry Desktop manager on your computer, your data cable, and a download for your device software. Either from blackberry or your carrier. The easiest method is to download and install the device software. Once it's installed, launch desktop manager and plug in the phone. If the phone is detected, you will be prompted to update. Follow the prompts. If not, you will have to do it the hard way. open command prompt (start>run>cmd) and goto C:\program files\common files\Research in Motion\Apploader Then choose Loader /NOJVM That's going to rebuild the blackberry.
