Question about Computers & Internet
And are both applications trying to connect to the Internet while installing? If so, your Internet Connection might be timing out. OR your firewall [if you have one] or Internet Service Provider might be blocking certain scripts. What you need to do is install both applications offline without connecting to the Internet.
Also if you have any Antivirus software, you might want to disable it while you make the installing. If there are some suspicious scripts the Anti-Virus might be blocking them
