Question about Sony Network Walkman NW-E005 MP3 Player
Probable cause, is in the disk of the Walk. Try to reformat it then view the disk space again, you can format it using the computer by connecting it to the USB then format your Sony Walkman or in the settings of your Walkman if there's format found then do format it. If it didn't work, you must contact the Sony Service Center. There's nothing you can do about it.
