Hi i am having trouble finding a windows 7 driver update for my Olivetti Anyway photoplus, can you help.

I can't find the job jet m400 on that list.

The Latest version of this software is X8. Are you using 4 because you have XP. You should really upgrade to Win 8 or 10 to get the support and AV cover from M$.

However, I have two suggestions.

1 is to use compatibility mode
2 is try and load it in Safe Mode

Make sure you have AV turned of if you have any.

Finally, you realize we are Fixya, a self help website, and nothing to do with Serif and this software. You wrote "I purchased YOUR photoplus". Here is the forums for Serif and the software. For some reason, they provide no support themselves.

Hi, Search on google etc.. for the manufacture of your Motherboard website, look for download section and there you should find Drivers to download. check what Motherboard Model you have and look for Windows 7 section and download Drivers from there. It might be worth your while to check for latest Drivers for your Motherboard Model while you are there. If you have any trouble finding the Website leave Make and Model of your Motherboard so people can help you out....

If you download and unzipp the Vista Drivers find them in the Olivetti folder click on drivers, then eng, right click on the driver setup and select properties - then compatibility then select run the program in Windows Vista compatibility mode. It worked for me :)

The best place to check for a new driver is on Olivetti's website since they are responsible for supporting their products. Unless the unit is very old, they will probably have a driver for it in their support section.

Well this is a simple problem. Your printer isn't compatible with Windows 7. You should have checked that before you switched over.
Check the printer's website for the latest drivers and see if you can find one for Windows 7. But if not, it's a compatibility issue.
