Impressa E8 water leak

My Impressa e8, 3 years old, 9700 coffees made, has a water leak at the right front bottom corner. The water is not hot and clear and is a slow leak. Maybe 2oz per day, does not seem to increase when making coffee, steam or hot water. Is this device user repairable, maybe some new o-ring or replacement hose?

My machine has a similar age and coffee shot count and it has exactly the same problem. Gonna try calling support tomorrow . . . they've been helpful in the past.

Machine leaks abundant water from the bottom when it is on. Also, coffee quality is not the same, it is watery.

I think you have minimum 2 problems with this machine. The leakage could be from the thermoblock, and you might have to change this. And, the watery coffee is from the grinder is worn out, this also needs to be changed.
Sorry!

Machine leaks, but not in the area where coffee is made. Inside there remains dry. Water appears under right front corner on counter top, but only after a coffee has been made. Seems like piping inside is...

It sounds like it may be the Diaphragm pump controls for the law including seals. The diaphragm control is located on the pump output and adjusts the line pressure, thus the water flow more even and the pump noise quieter. It is in the front right hand corner of the machine. It could also be the hose or gasket that goes into the pump diaphragm. I would start with the diaphragm pump control unit as the seals can degrade after some time.
You can order the item form: http://www.juraprofi.de/Jura-Ersatzteile/Pumpe-Fluidsystem/Membranregler-fuer-die-Jura-Pumpe-inkl-Dichtungen::2896.html it is in German so use Google translate if you are having trouble reading the page. Hope this helps. I had a similar problem. Happy holidays.

Check if it is leaking from the front right corner, that is where the diaphragm pump control unit is. The seals may have degraded. Or it could be one of the water lines but I'd start there.

One spout is very slow with leaking

The spout is only a plastic with two holes, if the one is only leaking while the other is running corectly then you only need to clean it with hot water and a small brush the hole and the groove. the spoot can easily removed, or even emese it in a pot with hot water for 20 minutes then flash only water.

E8 leak

If leaking water from right front when brewing, cleaning or steam then the possible problem is the feed tube from the pressure pump this is mounted with a small o-ring and either the pipe is fractured or the o-ring has perished.
