F3 is a sensor error. The sensor is in the oven it is a metal rod coming in on the back wall of the oven, it is a little smaller than a pencil. It is either gone bad or came unplugged. It runs up the back to the electronic clock, there should be two wires on it and 2 connections to check.
If you take the back off the stove be sure to unplug the power cord first.
