Question about Baby Lock Evolve
You should have gotten, wit your machine, a wire that is intended for threading thicker threads in the loopers. Try engaging the tubular system and then feed this through the looper with a thread like DMC pearl cotton attached. This might clean out the pathway. I would also make sure I vacummed out the machine really well. You may need to have your machine serviced, if you can't get it out.

If you do not have the wire you can use a piece of your husbands heavy fishing line. make sure it fits nicely into your looper and push through. I run one through my looker every now and then to make sure no fuzz is accumulating
