Yes, the interlock switches are all replaceable and can be purchased and replaced individualy they can be specific, so make sure to order the correct parts(model and brand specific).Remove the fastening screws that hold the case to the unit and then you will be able to locate the switches easily, there is usually 2 or more switches per unit.

Since that the brand and model number of your oven was not provided, I could say that your interlock switches could be replaceable just like with other microwave ovens.
