Question about Televison & Video
Model#DDV9555 won't turn on after LED's flashing / unplugged / replugged.
you could try checking the plug fuse.
or opening the casing, and seeing if theres an on board fuse located near to the mains power inlet. usually a small glass fuse. 0.5 to 1.5 Amp quick blow type.
Make sure you switch off and unplug before attempting this.
if the fuse blows again, when you switch it back on, unless it,s warranted. Bin It and buy a new One.

Tips for a great answer:
Sounds like the power supply in the dvd player has failed. It works just well enough to turn on the led infront but as soon as you go to do anything it shuts off. This is common in cheaper dvd players. Unless you can troubleshoot electronics. Or know someone that can. Your best bet is to unplug the unit and disassemly and retrieve your dvd.
