Are you talking about TVM calculations? If so, you need to change your payments per year setting (P/Y) from 1 to 12. That should fix it. Hit 2nd, (I/Y), 12 and then ENTER.

It's a little tough to diagnose with what you've given. Could you post all the numbers you're putting in, the result you're getting, and the result you expect?

How do i reset my Texas Instruments TI-84 Plus Calculator?

Firstly turn the calculator on and press the "2nd" key. After you do that press the plus key (+). A little above that key you should see the world "mem". When you see the screen titled "Memory" move the cursor all the way down to the option that says "Reset". Once you do that you can choose to reset either the RAM memory or the factor settings. Hope this helps.

I am using Texas BAII Plus. The problem is when I try to calculate the NPV, N, PV,PMT, FY. it does not provide the right figure. It was ok until this morning. I think I might press something wrong....

Check the BEGIN/END setting (2nd [BGN]) and the number of payments per year (2nd [P/Y]). If these are set correctly, could you post the problem you're trying to solve, giving both your results and the expected results?
