Click Start>Run (if you see Run), type msconfig, hit enter, click on Startup tab, look for "aiosoftwarenpi" in one of the columns and UNcheck the box if you do NOT want your HP All-In-One printer support program to run at startup. This may disable some features of your printer.

I keep getting the message insert the AiOSoftwareNPI disk and click ok, how can I get rid of this message?

This is a problem with HP printer drivers. Insert the correct CD and click OK the next time you start your computer.
If you no longer have that printer, uninstall that printer.

Everytime i open the computer it reads the feature you are trying to use is on a cd rom or removable disk insert the aiosotwarenpidisk

"AIOsoftwareNPI" is included on the CD that came with your HP All In One printer. Place the HP All In One disk into the optical drive (CD / DVD ROM drive) and restart the computer. "AIOsoftwareNPI" will automatically be installed after boot.

If unable to locate the ****, go to HP's website to download the disk for your particular All In One printer.

I hope this helps. Please rate my reply - thanks!

When I open my compute a box appears and tells me to put in a disk regarding aiosoftwarenpi.

You have an incomplete Hewlett-Packard All-in-One installation.

Reinstall the printer driver, or remove hp install postcheck from the startup (you'll need to use the MSCONFIG utility: Start -> Run command -> MSCONFIG -> OK -> Startup -> (search for hp install or postcheck) -> remove the check -> apply -> close -> reboot to see whether it worked )
