Assuming you have a 3G or 3Gs, there is a flex connector that comes from your Charging port marked #4 with a red label. Make sure that is connected to the phone properly. If it is connected right, then you might have damaged the flex connector from the microphone to the Charging module during the repair process. You will need to solder a new one to the charging module
