Question about SanDisk Sansa MP3 Player
My Sansa express won't turn on. If you plug into a computer the screen lights up, but that is it.
Better manual update firmware from sandisk official site...on windows xp....and 75% you will fix player...

Press and hold the Volume Up (+) and Select
buttons at the same time for about 20 seconds
Make sure that the player is charged up.
Try to power reset the device by pressing and holding the center and volume up button at the same time, while connecting it to the PC.
If power reset fails, charge the device for at least two and a half hours. The computer should not be in sleep or hibernation state while charging.
You may need to update firmware.
