Why won't my Hayward H series heater ignite

Not much info to go by here Patty.
A gas fired heater needs spark and fuel to ignite. We need to start by to determining which is missing.
The H series has seen a few progressions. Does yours have no lights, 3 lights, or a lcd display? Propane or natural gas? Standing pilot or spark ignition?
Do any lights or display come on? Do you hear any clicking?

I have a 165000 reddy heater.I have fuel going in,igniter is glowing ,fan is running but it will not ignite.

Now you may want to try to reposition your igniter closer to the fuel source. I have also widened the spark gap on the spark type igniters and had success. Then are you sure that the igniter is getting hot enough to ignite the fuel?

Heater won't ignite when heater is turn on.

See if the spark will arc across the area where the pilot flame is. It should cross the flame. Adjust the spark if possible.
