314159 is the factory parental code if this doesn't solve your issue then it is most likely set to showroom mode. To change go to Menu>Picture>Mode>Power Up>(change to HOME)

Was it locked when you bought it? If so, contact your retailer. If someone else in your household did it, you need to persuade them to tell you it. If this is a good TV, then it is essential you get it working. I have a good TV and it's a great experience.
