I have a 6 year old Dell with XP, plenty of hard drive and memory. I could not scan using the software, I went on the Kodak website and followed the
Step-by-Step Solutions and Repair which nothing worked, including the Kodak Clear Utility they reccomend for ridding your system of the software, it just locked up at the end.
So, I spent several hours on the phone with Technicians trying to uninstall and reinstall the ESP3 software. None of their methods worked even step by step manually un-installing every file and folder...
So I wrote a nasty email to them and they sent this back, which by the way, didn't work for me either, but maybe it can for you.
