Question about Philips 51PW9303 51" Rear Projection HDTV-Ready Television
I have a 51 in phillips rear projection tv it is about 5 years old and just recently the picture seems dim and blurry. I also noticed a bright spot on the left side of the screen.
The screen probably needs to be degaussed, which will require either a degausser or a technician. Try turning the television off, and then unplugging it from the wall outlet. Then replug after 30 seconds and turn it back on. Also, try plugging any cables from a cable or satellite box into another set of in-ports on the back. If the problem persists, the screen needs to be degaussed.
