I am having the same problem ip1700. tried using the 'clean paper feed rollers' maintenance, four times, still pulling to the right

Likewise with my iP1600. The paper gets pulled to one side like it's getting caught on something. Has someone found a solution to this problem yet?

I have same problem... who knows... maybe some Canon trick to punish users that did refilling.. .

Same issue - it worked great for a year and then suddenly started feediing the paper in on the right but not the left. There don't seem to be feeder wheels on the left, which is weird, but I haven't moved it or changed it in any way except to dust occasionally. So it can't be that a wheel fell out or broke or anything.

try to reset your Canon printer, turn the printer off with the power button. Then disconnect the data cable from the printer. Unplug the printer's power cord for approximately 10 minutes, and then plug it back in. If troubleshooting a communication issue, reconnect the data cable. Then turn the printer back on.

Canon iP 1600 printer won't print. Says that

Hi
If it keep saying paper jam Then it maybe just that you may not see any paper in it but it only takes a very small bit of paper that stopping it or I would take a closer look inside, you may have had a paper jam before and it has left a small nit inside. All Best: Pineworks

Paper pulls to right side and bunches up

Have you tried pulling off the back cover and wipe the rubber wheels off. some times they get dust on them and can cause them to not be able to grab the paper correctly.

Canon Pixma iP 1500 is not feeding paper correctly, pulling it on the right side but not on the left.

If the feed roller in the back wobbles a lot, the end could be broken, but usually I find that something has fallen in the back stopping the paper. The best way to look for something fallen in is to use a flashlight and small mirror.

Cannot get the printer to take the paper

Its the paper feeder,, this can be repaired by changing the small greas that grab the paper , you will need to do this by taking the prointer apart. Unfortunately chances of getting it to pull straight after repairing it is very very slim. If i were you i'd toss it out and buy a cheap printer like a canon ip 1600, which can refill ...

Canon ip 4300

Google "canon ip4300". The canon.com entry near the top has a support tab. and enter "paper skew", you'll get a roller cleaning procedure.
As a matter of fact, it didn't solve my problem. The alternative, of having the machine repaired, is, of course, silly vs. buying a new machine. But in the meantime, the lower paper feed still works, albeit slightly less convenient.
