PUK means Personal Unblocking Key,its for your mobile security. its appears when anyone dial wrong PIN(Personal IdentificationNumber) 3 times on your mobile. If you want to get it then you have to contact your sim card Network Provider,they will easily provde you.
go to menu then click settings, security, change security code, type 12345 (default security code). after this step the phone will ask you to enter a new code after this, you will be asked to verify the code (need to retype your new security code then) then, your code is changed.
to activate the security code for your phone to use:
1. go to settings 2. choose security 3. choose security level 4. choose phone 5. restart your phone
after the restart, you will be asked to type first your new personalized security code before you can use your phone.
The default lock code (security) is 0000. and default, PIN1 is 1111, and PIN2 is 2222 If you need further help let me know. If you get it wrong enough you will be asked to enter PUK code. Then you only need to call up your provider and they will assist you. Thanks, Lee
