Hi.
Ten blinks and no video means that you have to replace parts on the D-Board.
If you get ten blinks , you need to test the IC8005 and the two transistors Q8014 or Q8013, plus looking for cold solder joints, blown resistors, and all the other stuff, plus eventually checking the pico fuses located near to the convergence ICs.
The job is quite delicate , and require experience, if you do not know how to do what mentioned above, that means that is better calling a technician to check the D board. In that case
Replacing the whole could have been a shortcut, if not for the fact that the part is not in stock anymore (Sony does not build it anymore). You can try asking if a re-manufactured one is available here.
