Well, sorry to say this, but I hope that you are not paying the expert for the repairs, since he is not solving your problem. Frankly, a new hard disk makes no sense in this situation. It is a power or heat issue.
Since the motherboard was replaced, the only parts (in my opinion) that could affect this are memory and the power supply.
But, try powering on with the front cover removed to see if it's just the cover's power button that's causing the problem.
Then, if still a problem, start with the memory - remove all the memory and try each one separately and boot your system to see if there is any change.
If not the memory and power button, your power supply could be faulty.
